Responsibilities

Serve as the senior strategic partner to clients, guiding brand development and momentum
Own the scope of work and drive organic growth across assigned business units
Lead client presentations and manage advertising budgets with precision and insight
Build and nurture long-term client relationships rooted in trust and shared ambition
Collaborate with Planners and Creatives to bring bold ideas to life
Guide the team through the creative process, ensuring work is both strategically sound and culturally resonant
Actively participate in research, testing, and stimulus development to elevate the work
Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering growth and accountability
Provide timely, constructive feedback and lead performance reviews
Teach the art of delivering client feedback and navigating creative conversations
Lead cross-functional collaboration across agency departments and Publicis partner agencies
Understand and activate agency initiatives (Social, Innovation, Connections) in service of client goals
Monitor scope and identify opportunities for expansion or optimization

Required

12-14 years of experience in fast-paced agency environments
Proven leadership in Account/Brand Director roles, with a track record of successful pitches and new business wins
Fluent in English and Spanish, with deep knowledge of both the US General Market and multicultural consumer segments—especially those with a strong Latino audience—is required
Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
Experience managing remote teams and navigating tight deadlines with grace
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
Bachelor's degree required
Willingness to travel as needed
