Responsibilities
Manage the entire lifecycle of software projects within the payment’s initiative, from initiation to delivery. This includes planning, execution, and closing phases, ensuring projects meet time, budget, and quality standards
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
Partner closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure scalable architecture decisions
Drive alignment across product, engineering, QA, and compliance teams to ensure successful delivery of payment solutions
Coordinate developers, testers, and other key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring smooth project progression
Promote continuous improvements in project management and software development processes by adopting best practices and ensuring adherence to industry standards
Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure efficient resource utilization, contributing to the overall financial health of the projects
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues to minimize their impact on project deliverables
Regularly report project status to management and ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards
Other reasonable directives, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice

Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
At least 5-years of experience in project management, preferably in the technology and payments industry
Payments industry experience mandatory
Preferred
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Office)
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage diverse teams and excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure while maintaining clear strategic focus
A flexible approach to managing complex projects in a dynamic and changing environment
Direct experience with payment systems and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the payments landscape
