They are seeking an entry-level Managed Services Analyst who will support the managed services team and assist in delivering value to enterprise customers.

Responsibilities
Support the managed services team as directed, which could include supporting customer questions, conducting internet research, and developing reports
Assist in the development and maintenance of internal databases and tracking systems
Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in using online search engines and internet browsers
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
Preferred
Basic understanding of data privacy concepts
Experience working with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
