Assists with editing and organizing video projects that highlight the people and communities Fello serves
Helps bring Fello’s brand and values to life through thoughtful storytelling and high-quality visual production
Qualification
Required
Creative, technically skilled storyteller
Hands-on experience in video editing and post-production
Strong eye for detail
Ability to shape narratives that reflect real people and communities
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition
Familiarity in color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics
Strong organizational skills
Collaborative spirit
Ability to take direction while contributing creative ideas
High school diploma
Minimum of three years of experience in video editing and post-production
Portfolio demonstrating technical and creative abilities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field
