Responsibilities
Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that align with business objectives and marketing strategies
Lead solutioning sessions with stakeholders to define requirements, identify opportunities, and translate needs into actionable designs
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation, integration, and optimization of Marketing Cloud components
Develop scalable data models, automation strategies, and personalization frameworks using Marketing Cloud tools
Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external platforms using APIs, ETL tools, and middleware
Provide strategic guidance on campaign performance, segmentation, and customer journey orchestration
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards
Stay current with Salesforce releases, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
Champion the use of AI tools to enhance solution design, delivery, and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with 4+ years focused on Marketing Cloud solution architecture
Proven success designing and delivering complex Marketing Cloud solutions (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, etc.)
Strong understanding of data architecture, API integrations, and ETL processes
Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, and scripting for dynamic content and automation
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant, Technical Architect) strongly preferred
Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed decision-making
Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms and a solid understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations
