Government Relations
Responsibilities
Lead the design of cutting-edge HVAC systems from concept to construction documents
Spearhead business development efforts in Tampa, Virginia, and nearby regions—especially with municipalities and school districts
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver MEP solutions for K-12 schools, universities, healthcare, commercial, and government facilities
Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and performance goals—every time
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited)
Professional Engineer (PE) license
10+ years in consulting engineering or A/E firms
Proven experience in Revit and MEP construction documentation
Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
Business development and project management experience
