Client Service Specialist

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring clear and accurate communication
Manage and resolve missing court documents by coordinating with relevant departments/courts/clients to provide timely solutions
Maintain detailed records of actions taken for tracking and additional follow up
Monitor timelines to ensure client satisfaction levels and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience
Prepare supporting documents to complete the process

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years experience in a client service or customer support role
Proficiency with standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain professionalism under pressure
Experience working in fast paced service-oriented field
