Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers on HR-related inquiries and issues
Administer employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers
Support recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
Assist in the administration of benefits programs and respond to employee questions
Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems
Support employee relations by helping resolve workplace issues and ensuring compliance with company policies
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Coordinate training and development initiatives in partnership with L&D
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Prepare HR reports and metrics for leadership review
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–4 years of experience in HR or related roles
Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, BambooHR)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Preferred
PHR or SHRM-CP certification
Experience in a fast-paced or multi-site environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to HR service delivery
