They are seeking a Generator Tank & Fueling Systems Design Engineer to enhance their product lines and design equipment related to on-site power generation, including Day Tanks and Fuel Supply Systems.

Responsibilities
Perform design or modification of products to meet market needs and fabrication capabilities
Prepare technical design drawings, bills of material, and collaborate with operations in developing manufacturing standards
Establish detail layout, drawings, quality standards
Coordinate specification development and standards qualification testing
Recommend capital equipment changes or additions to support superior quality capability
Interact with manufacturing to develop work instructions, product and production specifications
Employ lean methodologies and tools
Qualification
Required
Be experienced with on-site power generation industry, equipment, and technologies
Perform design or modification of products to meet market needs and fabrication capabilities
Prepare technical design drawings, bills of material, and collaborate with operations in developing manufacturing standards
Establish detail layout, drawings, quality standards
Coordinate specification development and standards qualification testing
Recommend capital equipment changes or additions to support superior quality capability
Interact with manufacturing to develop work instructions, product and production specifications
Employ lean methodologies and tools
Be familiar with parametric mechanical design, familiarity with Solidworks or other 3D modeling software
Have a degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
Knowledge of, and experience designing products that conform to UL 142 and UL 2085
