Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end deployment of OT products across multiple terminals, ensuring alignment with global standards, local needs, and compliance requirements

Develop and maintain comprehensive Project Management Plans (PMPs), including scope, schedule, resources, risk mitigation, and performance tracking

Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors to deliver deployments on time and within budget, while maintaining product integrity

Drive stakeholder engagement and change management to ensure adoption and minimize operational disruption

Oversee testing, go-live, and stabilization phases, including first-line support and capability building for terminal staff

Monitor and report on deployment progress, risks, KPIs, and budget status to senior leadership

Support technical execution as needed, including requirements development, design reviews, testing, and troubleshooting

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field

Proven experience in OT deployments, preferably in port or terminal environments

Strong technical knowledge of TOS, industrial networks, control systems, and software

Proficiency in project tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, Jira, ALM)

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; ability to work in dynamic environments
