Inbound Sales Associate
Athlete to Athlete is a fast-growing, venture-backed start-up based in Santa Monica that offers Athletic Mentorship and Coaching Programs for youth athletes. The Inbound Sales Associate will focus on converting marketing leads into paying customers, managing inquiries, scheduling meetings, and closing sales to help introduce young athletes to the program.

Responsibilities
Managing inbound leads and executing follow-up procedures
Answering inquiries and overcoming objections from prospective clients
Scheduling calls between prospective clients and existing contracted mentors
Closing clients and establishing clear expectations for seamless client handover to operations
Matching prospective youth athletes with current college mentors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
Intrinsically detail-oriented and organized – you'll be working with lots of data and systems that are key to our success
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Passion for working with and developing young student athletes
Ability to commute to our Santa Monica, California office
Preferred
2+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative, SDR, and/or BDR
Experience working with youth sports organizations and athletes
Start-up experience
