They are seeking a Team Lead to support the Production Supervisor in daily operations and ensure uninterrupted production flow of 2nd shift Assembly Operations, focusing on supporting production goals, safety culture, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Ensure smooth production flow by supporting and coaching team members
Coordinate and execute employee training to meet quality standards
Provide problem-solving support and communicate effectively with support resources to resolve issues
Act as a change agent to eliminate waste and improve efficiency
Enforce company and departmental policies consistently
Operate equipment relevant to the area (e.g., CRTs, forklifts)
Manage timely and accurate material movement within the work area
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of production experience, including experience within Paint operations preferred
Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
Proven leadership and coaching abilities
Proficient in Windows applications and ERP systems preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work regular overtime up to 1:30 am and Saturdays as required
