Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of Verse Partners, managing onboarding, performance, expansion, and issue resolution
Drive accountability across external teams to ensure partners meet key operational standards and metrics, even though they don’t report to you directly
Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships, ensuring alignment and mutual success
Drive increased output from our partners by investigating and resolving systemic issues with either our partners’ or Verse’s processes
Improve our team’s efficiency by identifying resolving systemic bottlenecks in our processes
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Engineering and Product teams to resolve issues and roll out long-term process and product improvements
Qualification
Required
1-3 years in a fast-paced customer-facing role that blends relationship management and analytical problem-solving
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organized and detail-oriented, a resourceful problem solver, and can manage multiple work streams, accounts, and competing priorities
Comfort working in a phone-driven environment and engaging directly with external stakeholders
Ability to interpret data, spot trends, and form actionable insights about partner performance
Skilled at combining quantitative analysis with qualitative feedback to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions
