Responsibilities

Serve as a thought partner to GTM leaders and managers, helping translate business goals into actionable people strategies

Build leadership capabilities by providing thoughtful coaching to managers

Lead or support cyclical and ad hoc EX programs (e.g., performance, compensation, promotion, engagement) to ensure alignment with company goals and equity across teams

Partner with leaders to assess organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and team dynamics

Partner closely with peers across EX (global HRBP team, People Relations, Total Rewards, Ops, Talent Acquisition) to ensure cohesive program delivery and a seamless employee experience

Experiment with ways to embed technology and AI into everyday EX and HRBP work – using tools, data, and systems thinking to simplify processes and enhance decision making
