Senior Customer Success Manager, sports Leagues & Federations (NYC)

As the first Customer Success Manager for Leagues, Competitions, and Federations, you will partner with influential sports organizations to ensure ScorePlay adoption and success across various departments.

Responsibilities

Own relationships with leagues, competitions, and federations across multiple departments (media, digital, comms, operations)
Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing success programs to ensure adoption and measurable ROI
Proactively manage renewals and identify upsell opportunities across departments and affiliated clubs
Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) and executive updates to showcase performance and impact
Map and manage ScorePlay usage across league and federation departments — from content capture to distribution
Build frameworks to measure adoption and expand product usage to clubs, competitions, and partner organizations
Collaborate with clubs to standardize workflows within the governing body’s media ecosystem
Track adoption, usage, and engagement metrics across your portfolio
Build success dashboards and report impact to internal and external stakeholders
Maintain accurate account health data and renewal forecasting in HubSpot and internal dashboards
Partner with Product and Engineering to translate league and federation feedback into roadmap priorities
Collaborate with Sales on renewals, expansions, and pricing discussions
Work with Marketing to turn flagship partners into case studies and success stories

Required

Based in New York City and willing to work in-office several days per week
Comfortable with traveling and meeting clients 25% of the time
3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS — ideally in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management
Experience managing enterprise or multi-stakeholder accounts — preferably in sports, media, or technology
Strong operational mindset with proven ability to structure processes, measure success, and scale systems
Excellent communication skills; comfortable with both technical and executive stakeholders
Passion for helping sports organizations evolve through technology

Preferred

Understanding of how leagues, competitions, and federations operate commercially and operationally
Experience with video, media management, or SaaS workflow tools
Familiarity with sports media, rights management, or broadcast operations
