Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test scalable web applications using C#/.NET Framework and React
Maintain and enhance existing web applications (bug fixes, performance optimization, feature upgrades)
Develop and integrate APIs and web services
Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into technical solutions
Prepare technical documentation in both English and Japanese
In the future, contribute to Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation and support projects

Qualification

C# / .NET FrameworkReactMicrosoft Dynamics ERPMS SQLGit / Azure DevOpsPowerShellAPI testingRPA toolsEnglish communicationJapanese communication

Required

5+ years of software development experience (including Java)
Strong proficiency in C# / .NET Framework / ASP.NET / MVC
Experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Database experience with MS SQL
Familiarity with PowerShell or other scripting languages
Experience using Git or Azure DevOps for source control
Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese (business level)

Preferred

Interest in building a long-term career in ERP consulting (Microsoft Dynamics)
Experience with unit testing and Azure REST API
Knowledge of Postman for API testing
Understanding of basic business processes (Finance, Sales, Inventory)
Experience with RPA tools (Power Automate, UiPath)
