Coding in Color is a nonprofit dedicated to equipping Arizona students with vital digital skills through computer science and artificial intelligence education. The instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging computer science courses to high school students, preparing lesson plans, teaching programming, and evaluating student progress.

Higher Education

Responsibilities

Preparing lesson plans
Teaching programming and core computer science principles
Supporting students in completing projects across a variety of technical topics
Evaluating student progress and providing feedback to ensure growth in technical skills and understanding

Qualification

Computer Science expertiseProgrammingCommunication skillsDegree in related field

Required

Expertise in Computer Science, Programming, and related technical disciplines
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students effectively in school settings
Must have transportation to/from our partner location in Goodyear, Arizona

Preferred

Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Education, Engineering, IT or a related field

Benefits
