Concrete Lab Technician
Amrize is a company that is building North America, and they are seeking a Concrete Lab Technician to assist with concrete testing and related services. The role involves preparing concrete batches, performing various physical tests, and maintaining laboratory equipment.

Responsibilities
Prepare and mix concrete batches
Perform physical testing on freshly batched and hardened concrete (e.g. temperature, slump, air content, unit weight, time of setting, compressive and flexural strength)
Perform other concrete related testing and services per ASTM & AASHTO approved methods
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
Other duties as assigned
Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in concrete or construction related field preferred
ACI concrete field testing technician level 1 and/or ACI concrete strength testing
Proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Associate's degree or 3 years of equivalent experience
Engineering or Technical Degree
