Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound calls and SMS with motivated real-time buyers

Utilize a rating system, multiple carrier portals and a CRM to prepare personalized auto and home quotes with top 20 insurers including Progressive, Allstate, Travelers, SafeCo, etc

Learn our proprietary systems quickly and give constant feedback to our internal product teams to make it the best in class

Help improve internal processes to adapt to our seamless and digital consumer experience

Provide your experienced advice and recommendations to customers
