Responsibilities
Provide technical support to manufacturing teams, production supervisors, and operators
Analyze product and process workflows to identify efficiency gains, quality improvements, and cost reduction opportunities
Develop and refine manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and consistency
Partner with vendors to design and implement production-specific equipment and automation solutions
Ensure safety compliance and proactively address potential hazards in equipment and processes
Optimize facility layouts and material flow for improved manufacturing efficiency
Work closely with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
Lead capital projects, including equipment selection, budgeting, and implementation
Support new product introduction by collaborating with product engineering teams on manufacturability
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manufacturing Engineering Manager
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
3-5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred
Knowledge of CNC programming (preferred but not required)
