Responsibilities

Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to demos, negotiation, and closing
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and understand their business challenges to position Mesh’s value effectively
Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team quotas on a quarterly basis
Represent Mesh at U.S.-based client meetings, virtual events, and industry conferences as a true brand ambassador
Collaborate cross-functionally to share best practices and contribute to a winning, supportive sales culture

Required

3+ years of proven B2B SaaS sales experience, owning the full sales cycle and exceeding quotas
Demonstrated success selling into U.S. mid-market or enterprise accounts, with a strong understanding of American business culture and procurement processes
Proven ability to navigate complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders across various departments
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels — including C-suite
Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Outreach
Strong storytelling ability — you know how to tailor a demo and connect with your audience
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, distributed environment

Preferred

Experience in Fintech, Expense Management, or Travel SaaS solutions
A strong network within the U.S. mid-market and enterprise ecosystem
Experience working with global or cross-border teams
