Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience managing telecommunication systems, VoIP platforms, or related technologies
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, ISP performance metrics, and telecom infrastructure
Proficiency in call analytics tools and reporting systems
Must be self-motivated, extremely organized, task and detail-oriented
Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and vendor management skills
Must be flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Track record of leading and coordinating phone system upgrades and migrations to a unified, consolidated platform
Proven experience overseeing configuration, routing, and provisioning of telephony systems including faxing and paging technologies
Preferred
Experience with AI-based call management or IVR systems preferred
Familiarity with platforms such as Cisco, Avaya, RingCentral, or Microsoft Teams Voice
Knowledge of SIP, PBX, VoIP, and cloud telephony systems
Experience with automation or AI platforms for customer interaction
