Serve as a trusted financial leader for our clients, guiding them on the Path to 12% and helping them improve profitability and operational clarity
Lead financial strategy and reporting for a portfolio of clients
Customize financial models and dashboards to support client goals
Facilitate conversations that drive pricing, margin, and operational improvements
Collaborate with our team to enhance internal processes and service offerings

Required

10-20 years of experience
Background in management consulting, CFO or Controller type roles
Experience working with companies in the SMB market

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Comfort with financial modeling, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making
A passion for helping small business owners succeed—financially and personally
MUST reside in Texas, Georgia, or Colorado
