Responsibilities
Develop and apply a deep understanding of Bold’s goals, vision, and values to build a culture of purpose and impact
Collaborate with leadership across the organization to set objectives and drive progress toward goals
Lead and develop school teams to achieve ambitious outcomes, ensuring high levels of collaboration, alignment, development, and support
Implement structures that foster a transparent, outcomes-oriented culture; regularly lead and participate in data reviews and coaching cycles with Bold’s school leadership teams
Collaborate with leadership to develop a multi-year strategy aimed at identifying priorities that support intentional, mission-aligned school development and growth
Qualification
Required
5+ years leadership experience at a high-performing school with a proven track record of success
Bachelor's degree with an outstanding record of achievement and leadership
Demonstrated experience developing school leadership teams to high levels of performance
Preferred
regional or multi-campus management experience
