Responsibilities
Lead the visual voice of Gamma, from campaigns and brand systems to digital and motion work that turns heads
Dream up and execute creative campaigns that bring our story and product to life across every touchpoint
Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to shape how Gamma looks and feels in the world
Mentor and inspire other designers, helping elevate the craft across the team
Jump between mediums with ease — web, video, print, merch, events — if it needs design, you’re on it
Qualification
Required
6+ years in visual or brand design with a killer portfolio that blends concept, craft, and storytelling
Strong skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (bonus for motion/video chops), and a love for experimenting with AI tools
Experience leading design projects end-to-end — from concept to launch — with high creative autonomy
Comfort giving and receiving feedback, and mentoring others in a fast-paced creative environment
A passion for building brands that push visual boundaries (and aren't afraid of bold color or big ideas)
