Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret claim documents with precision and legal insight
Draft comprehensive and accurate responses to complex written inquiries from claimants and their counsel
Handle sophisticated telephone inquiries from claimants and legal representatives with professionalism and clarity
Collaborate closely with project directors, managers, coordinators, and other team members to ensure consistent quality and alignment with project goals
Deliver best-in-class customer service, demonstrating the highest standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and work quality

Qualification

Juris Doctor (JD)LLMActive license in U.S.Litigation experienceClass action experienceCustomer service orientationAttention to detailOrganizational skillsCommunication skills

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an accredited U.S. law school
Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills

Preferred

Prior litigation experience preferred
Experience with class action and/or mass tort matters is a strong plus
