Resident Project Representative

They are seeking a Resident Project Representative/Construction Inspector to conduct field investigations and inspections for sewer systems, manage project documentation, and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Conduct field investigations, inspections, and onsite representation for property service connections to existing sewer systems
Design, observe, and document field and construction activities, with a focus on sewer pipeline infrastructure improvements
Facilitate communication among contractors, owners/clients, third-party stakeholders, and internal team members
Review existing as-built drawings and support the preparation of bid documents related to property service connections
Assist in managing the bidding process, including organizing and participating in bid walks
Maintain thorough and accurate daily reports and project documentation, including preparation of record drawings
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills while excelling in a fast-paced consulting environment with multiple concurrent deadlines
Drive ownership of health & safety in all aspects of project execution, office, and personal environments
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of experience in field construction inspection or field construction
Experience using Microsoft products, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
OSHA 10-Hour certification (course available for new hires)
Preferred
Engineering Degree or 3+ years of field construction inspection experience
Direct experience with sewer installation / trenchless rehabilitation projects
Experience with using GIS and/or CAD software (preferred, not required.)
