Teaching and Research Fellow
Touro University is seeking a full-time laboratory research position with teaching opportunities in the Department of Biology. The role involves conducting independent laboratory research and contributing to undergraduate education through teaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities
Conduct independent laboratory research
Design, analyze, visualize, and interpret experimental data using molecular and cellular biology techniques
Help draft, revise, and publish scientific manuscripts in high-quality, peer-reviewed journals
Contribute to undergraduate education, by assisting with laboratory instruction, mentoring students, and participating in departmental teaching initiatives
Collaborate with faculty and research staff to support the broader goals of the Biology Department
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Biology or related fields
Preferred
A postdoctoral, doctoral (Ph.D.) or Masters (M.Sc.) degree with 3+ years experience in tissue culture, genetic, biochemical, and/or immunological techniques
Teaching experience or interest in acquiring teaching skills
