Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant
Wizehire is seeking a skilled mortgage loan officer assistant to join their top-producing team. The role involves managing loan files, providing customer service, and assisting loan origination officers to ensure a smooth loan process.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact between clients and our company, and schedule and conduct meetings to discuss any follow-up issues or items that need to be addressed
Gather and coordinate the necessary loan documentation for verifications and underwriting, such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork
Review all loan package documentation for discrepancies, omissions, and income calculation, then report any discrepancies to the loan originator
Handle all customer and in-house inquiries about transactions so the process is smooth, and customers receive excellent service
Screen and make calls, book appointments, and provide administrative support as needed
Qualification
Required
A bilingual English/Spanish speaker is a necessity
Loan Officer or Processor experience, 2-3 years is required
Understand basic loan financing options such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc
Ability to effectively work in a strong team-oriented environment and provide outstanding communication and customer service to clients
Computer proficiency required, including MS Office
Preferred
some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred
NMLS license or training is not required, but is desired
