Responsibilities

Lead and review the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-Corps, and C-Corps
Serve as a trusted advisor to high net worth clients, providing strategic tax planning and wealth preservation strategies
Advise on complex tax matters including real estate transactions, entity structuring, and multi-state filings
Monitor tax law changes and proactively communicate implications to clients and internal teams
Collaborate with audit teams and external advisors during tax audits and reviews
Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering technical growth and client service excellence
Ensure compliance with GAAP, IRS regulations, and firm quality standards

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA license required
5+ years of public accounting experience, with a focus on high net worth individuals and complex business entities
Strong technical knowledge of tax compliance, planning, and research
Proficiency in tax software such as CCH Axcess, QuickBooks, and related platforms
Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa

Preferred

Master's in Taxation
EA or other advanced tax credentials
Experience with international tax or cross-border issues
