Audit and clean supplier data across internal systems and databases
Communicate with internal stakeholders to verify and update supplier information
Contact suppliers via phone and email to schedule meetings and gather missing data
Document and correct brand relationships, contact details, and business practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Procurement, and Operations
Maintain accurate records and track progress using Excel and internal tools
Qualification
Required
Current enrollment in school and on track to graduate, required
Proficient computer and keyboarding skills, required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, required
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, required
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
Experience in Word, Excel, Data Entry, preferred
