Responsibilities

Administer a portfolio of private equity and real estate investment funds, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables
Manage investor servicing and onboarding processes, including AML/KYC compliance
Process general ledger activity across investor, fund, and investment levels
Handle daily cash transactions, wire transfers, and reconciliations
Prepare and review quarterly accounting packages and investor reporting
Assist with management and performance fee calculations in accordance with fund agreements
Prepare and review financial statements under U.S. GAAP, including partner allocations and capital statements
Draft investor capital call and distribution notices
Support annual audit processes and coordinate with external auditors
Contribute to technology and process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency
Assist in training and supporting junior team members
Maintain awareness of recoverability, billing, and debtors to support team profitability
Adhere to internal controls, risk management, and compliance procedures in line with AML and regulatory standards

Required

2+ years of private equity or fund administration experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and client-service mindset
Desire to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with opportunities for professional growth

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred (Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field)
