Responsibilities
Develop business strategies using tools such as financial analysis, customer research, forecasting, and portfolio optimization
Analyze transaction rationale and prospective deal documents to identify critical business issues and risks relating to a proposed transaction
Manage workstreams and break down complex problems into manageable tasks for the team to contribute to solving together as a group
Motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds
Develop, manage, and mentor junior team members
Qualification
Required
Outstanding academic performance, with a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience
Ability to make detailed assessments of industry, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities
Proficient in the English language, including the ability to listen, understand, read and communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, in a professional environment
Effective organization and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary
Preferred
MBA or related graduate degree with at least 18 months of post-graduate-school related work experience in a consulting firm, preferably with technology-oriented clients, or experience in a software or technology company in a product or R&D-focused role
Expertise in one or more software sectors (ERP, CRM, Digital Media, Mobile, etc.)
Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of how to leverage AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot
