This role involves defining and leading MDM strategy, governance, capability development, and integration with other data systems.

Responsibilities

Establish key Master Data assets (including Customer) as trusted sources of truth
Ensure appropriate use of Master Data by the Commercial organization
Define and lead Master Data Management (MDM) strategy
Lead MDM governance and capability development/enhancement
Oversee MDM operations and Master Data integration with other data and systems in the Commercial infrastructure
Play a key role in the Data, Analytics & Insights organization reporting to the Head of Commercial Data Management
Lead a team of internal and external data stewards and MDM system analysts and developers

Required

Bachelor's Degree
Extensive knowledge in Pharma Commercial MDM solutions
Experience with Customer/Payer/Product Master Data
Ability to understand downstream business impact
Ability to advocate, adopt, and lead the implementation of best practices
Experience in defining and leading Master Data Management (MDM) strategy
Experience in MDM governance
Experience in MDM capability development / enhancement
Experience in MDM operations
Experience in Master Data integration with other data and systems
