Director Inside Sales
Jitterbit is a company that automates and orchestrates business systems to empower teams and accelerate business transformation. The Director of Inside Sales will oversee the North America ISR sales team, manage the North American BDR team, and drive results by winning new SMB logos and expanding existing accounts.

Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate leadership potential within the team by offering tailored development opportunities and mentoring programs
You have successfully managed a sales team, and you can guide a SMB sales cycle from inception to closure
You have successfully managed a Business Development Team that developed both outbound and inbound leads, consistently exceeded monthly SQL quotas
You have experience upselling, cross-selling new products/features into existing customer accounts, and coaching others on how to do the same with success
Develop and Optimize Sales Processes: Design and implement scalable and repeatable inside sales processes to drive efficiency, productivity, and revenue growth
Knowledge Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of a centralized repository for training materials, best practices, and resources accessible to all team members
Strategic Planning: Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with organizational goals, focusing on market penetration and customer acquisition
You have built a consistent and sustainable pipeline. You and your teams have consistently achieved quotas
Coaching and Development: Build and implement coaching programs to enhance team skills, improve performance, and develop future sales leaders
Performance Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data-driven insights to monitor progress, identify opportunities, and refine strategies
Collaboration and Communication: Partner with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure alignment on campaigns, lead generation, and customer feedback
Recruitment and Retention: Attract, hire, and retain top talent while creating pathways for career advancement within the team
Customer-Centric Approach: Foster strong customer relationships by ensuring the sales team delivers value-driven solutions and maintains a high level of service quality
Qualification
Required
B2B technology sales for 5+ years with significant experience in SMB and a track record of over-achievement against your assigned quotas. Your experience includes at least 3 years of sales management overseeing teams that sell into an existing customer base
Operate strategically and tactically without daily direction from a manager
Entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a remote work environment
You compete to win but are smart enough to exit a losing situation and coach your team to do the same
Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, which will enable you to quickly learn the Jitterbit sales methodology. Your first task will be a combination of learning the sales process, product positioning and value proposition, as well as a high-level understanding of Jitterbit technology
Naturally inquisitive and while perhaps the most difficult task, seek to understand and solve business problems
4-year college degree or similar, demonstrable life skills
