Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing internal corporate events
Support the development of event-related marketing materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all event touchpoints
Assist in post-event surveys and compile reports on outcomes and attendee feedback
Research and evaluate vendor products and services for events and internal / external merchandise store
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or Event Management
Strong written and verbal communication
Adept in Canva
Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Forms
Excellent organization skills
Experience with Event Planning
Requires current enrollment at an accredited college or university with a graduation date of December 2026 or later
Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Interest or desire to lead project teams
Experience with CVENT
Ability to work independent as well as part of a team
Passion for producing high quality work
