Responsibilities
Provide support to Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance Associates on Control, Information and Electrical systems
Deliver hands-on support, training, and mentorship
Drive operational excellence across the entire Enterprise
Qualification
Required
2 Year / Associate Degree in an Electrical or other related technical field required. An equivalent level of experience may be considered
Minimum of five (5) years related Maintenance experience required
Advanced experience and comprehensive knowledge of PLC programming
Advanced experience and comprehensive knowledge of HMI programming AC Drive Fundamentals (configuration, programming, troubleshooting, Servo Drives)
Advanced experience and comprehensive knowledge of Instrumentation Knowledge (calibration & configuration, troubleshooting, PID control loop tuning)
Advanced experience and comprehensive knowledge of Industrial Wiring Knowledge (conduits, 480v systems, distribution, MCC, MCP, Ethernet networks, Arc Flash, control panels)
Advanced experience and comprehensive knowledge of Industrial Computer Knowledge (Ethernet, network switches)
Advanced experience and comprehensive knowledge of Industrial Network Knowledge (Data highway, Ethernet, Controlnet, Devicenet, serial communication)
Advanced experience and comprehensive knowledge of Computer Programming Knowledge (Microsoft VBA, Basic)
Advanced experience and comprehensive knowledge of Industrial Machine Knowledge (Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Packaging)
Advanced experience and comprehensive knowledge of Computer Programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio, Rockwell, AutoCad)
Project management skills and experience
Advanced math and problem solving skills
Advanced electrical concepts (demonstrated knowledge of control wiring, programming and operation of various control panels, transducers, machines, etc.)
Intermediate mechanical knowledge (machine guarding, drive belt installation & alignment, seal replacements, etc.)
Advanced pneumatic & hydraulic knowledge (replace and repair; check valves; filter assembly, etc.)
Working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC
