Define and drive the technical strategy and architecture for SaaS operations and distributed systems
Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions to complex technical challenges
Collaborate with senior leadership to align technical initiatives with business goals
Mentor and coach engineering teams to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Conduct high-level code and architecture reviews to ensure adherence to best practices
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic decisions

Preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
8+ years of experience in software development, with extensive experience in SaaS operations and distributed systems
Deep expertise in designing and building scalable, distributed systems
Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive technical direction
Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages and cloud platforms
Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
Proven track record of delivering high quality cross-platform mobile applications to both the Apple App store and Google Play store
Deep knowledge of at least one cross-platform framework such as React Native, Ionic, PhoneGap/Cordova or Flutter
Strong native development expertise in both Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C)
Strong debugging skills and deep understanding of mobile performance profiling tools
