Customer Solutions Director
Yondr is a global developer and service provider of data centers, seeking extraordinary people to help accelerate towards their vision. The Customer Solutions Director will manage pre-sales and post-sale activities, customer relationships, and lead market research and strategy on a global scale.

Responsibilities
Liaise with technical, delivery, operations and site acquisition stakeholders within Yondr's Hyperscale Customer organizations
Understand and document Customer’s technical requirements, then lead the opportunity design development and present solutions to meet those needs
Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Design and Construction, Operations and Development teams to ensure Yondr delivers the correct solution for the Customer's requirements
Serve as primary responder for customer RFPs, including managing the Customer and all internal stakeholders for a complete RFP submission meeting the Customer’s expectations
Accountable for the accuracy of the technical content of the lease contract. Responsible for the technical validation of compliance during the delivery phase
Support Yondr teams (Design and Construction, Operations, Development) by providing customer insight into future design and location strategies
Generate insight and feedback through professional contacts and networking
Participate in forecasting, pipeline and market analysis
Act as a senior member of the Customer Solutions Team, providing support and guidance to interdepartmental colleagues as and when required
Qualification
Required
Experience supporting teams in capturing and defining technical requirements and solutions for target customers
Experience in one or more of the following: data center design, construction, operational lifecycle; site acquisition; and hyperscale lease negotiation
Ability to present complex technical solutions in a simplified manner and communicate benefits to stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge
Strong capability to translate customer needs into specific, deliverable requirements
Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret complex project documentation
Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Ability to learn and apply technical and business concepts quickly
Able to work well under pressure and maintain a proactive approach
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and openness to new ideas and procedures
Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting to audiences at all levels of an organization
