Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and send weekly customer statements and invoices while following up on past due accounts
Accurately post all customer payments and invoices in our accounting system
Investigate and resolve customer account discrepancies
Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due invoices
Provide weekly accounts receivable updates to management
Support other Accounting & Finance projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Accounting experience
Skilled in managing invoices and payments
Ability to solve discrepancies
Ability to build positive relationships across teams and with customers
Highly detail oriented and organized
Ability to adapt and multi-task
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Preferred
5+ years of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable
