Responsibilities

Act as liaison between business stakeholders and product development teams for Oracle ERP and POS (Xstore)

Translate business requirements into scalable, technical solutions and document system workflows

Maintain and enhance application functionality including installation, upgrades, and customizations

Conduct gap analysis to identify unmet business needs and recommend system improvements

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions

Analyze business processes and identify automation or AI-driven optimization opportunities

Write SQL queries for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting

Create and maintain user documentation and training materials

Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality releases

Provide on-call and after-hours application support when needed

Stay up to date on evolving ERP and POS technologies and recommend new tools or strategies
