Mid LevelGeorgia Highlands College is a multi-campus state college that provides education to over 6,000 students. The SHRM Certification Instructor will assist candidates in preparation for SHRM Certification examinations and deliver course content at the Cartersville Campus.

Responsibilities
Is responsible to understand, support, and carry out the college's mission, vision, and values and comply with mandates and regulations of government and accrediting bodies
Coordinates SHRM curriculum or content of classes, lectures, or other educational materials; delivers content as outlined in the instructor's materials
Ensures consistency in syllabi, lesson plans, educational materials, assessments, and other appropriate course work based on SHRM guidelines
Ensures adherence to college and safety requirements in classrooms by following established procedures
Evaluate student progress in attaining goals, objectives, and learning outcomes
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field
SHRM Certification -CP Certified Professional or SCP Senior Certified Professional
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of Human Resources, current HR trends, and developments
Ability to work with diverse populations
Excellent organizational skills
Skilled in teaching adult learners
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet educational requirements
Ability to work independently
Displays a high level of effort and commitment to performing work
