Responsibilities

Support leadership to manage the team of phlebotomists and physician substitutes to hit daily and weekly operational and compliance goals

Manage the flow of donors and employees to match the needs of the business (including adherence to SOPs, equipment functionality, etc.)

Monitor compliance with both regulatory and company requirements for best practices, documenting any deviations from expected behavior

Have an eye on the end-to-end donor experience

Help train new hires and provide ongoing education to staff on proper techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards

Assist with the management of supplies to ensure there are no disruptions to operations

Address donor or staff concerns promptly and escalate issues to the Center Leadership as needed
