Design and implement data visualization tools to help stakeholders understand complex payroll data and trends
Lead the strategy and vision for the Payroll COE, ensuring seamless integration within Me@
Build strong cross-functional partnerships with COEs, Product, global segments, and People Partners
Align payroll initiatives with company goals and deliver on OKRs for associates and partners
Identify problems and drive innovative solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment
Influence stakeholders through excellent communication, collaboration, and program management skills
