Responsibilities

Develops and manages business relationships. Learns the unique needs of customers and provides appropriate financial solutions to fit individual circumstances and resolve issues

Drives loan production and deposit growth by proactively identifying opportunities and cross-selling Bank products and services

Identifies, pursues, and closes sales opportunities for a broad range of financial products and services

Collaborates with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing and client satisfaction

Represents the Bank in the community through active participation in professional organizations and community events

Mentors team, providing guidance on relationship development and credit fundamentals

Collaborate with Business Banking leadership to contribute to market strategy, portfolio performance, and competitive positioning

Engage in continuous portfolio optimization by regularly reviewing client performance, credit quality, and market conditions, while proactively managing risk exposure to ensure balanced growth profitability and regulatory compliance

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or job-related field, or commensurate work experience, required

5+ years of experience in business banking sales and client relations, or related sales and relationship management experience in a banking or financial environment, required

3+ years of experience in credit analysis and risk assessment, or related experience in a financial institution, required

NMLS, or successful completion of NMLS process within 30 days of hire, required
