Responsibilities

AI Roadmap Execution: Lead and manage the technical delivery of FT’s AI roadmap, ensuring full alignment with business objectives

Requirements Translation: Translate business requirements into AI technical roadmaps, models and agent capabilities for AI/ML development

Success Criteria: Set and track measurable success criteria (e.g., accuracy, ROI, latency targets) for AI initiatives

Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate across technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and adoption of AI solutions

Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with NIST and SOC-2 frameworks, maintaining high standards for data security and privacy

Hands-On Leadership: Lead by example, balancing innovation with production readiness and driving projects from concept to deployment
