Responsibilities
Drive the creation and implementation of account growth strategies focused on renewals and expansion
Build strong executive-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to clients
Partner with Customer Engagement Managers to align on retention and growth initiatives
Navigate SHL’s full product suite to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Collaborate with pre-sales and solution experts to design impactful proposals
Lead QBRs and strategic reviews showcasing SHL’s value and performance insights
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in account management or solution sales
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Track record of strategic growth and client relationship building
You must hold the relevant right-to-work documentation for this role
Preferred
Experience in SaaS or HR Tech
Understanding of HR/talent lifecycle solutions
Familiarity with consultative selling approaches
Ability to lead C-suite presentations and negotiations
