Responsibilities

Deploy and maintain efficient and secure networks for clients
Act as a Mentor to assist the team in troubleshooting and resolving client requests
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for users remotely and onsite, working directly with customers who have limited technical expertise
Write and communicate clear and detailed instructions and documentation for customers and co-workers
Independently coordinate and manage projects for customers while communicating internally
Experience in streamlining existing EDR/MDR tools to quickly identify and remedy cyber-security related issues

Required

Minimum of 3 years of network-related project management experience including hands on troubleshooting, system administration, network management, or other IT roles
Continuous updating and expansion of your skills and training. Adaptability in information technology is key
Knowledge of multiple IT environments including server/networking hardware and cloud-based platforms. This includes detailed knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows OS, M365 and related applications suites including InTune management, MAC OS, mobile devices, EDR/MDR tools, Backup and Disaster recovery and RMM, Microsoft CoPilot & AI Experience
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for users remotely and onsite, working directly with customers who have limited technical expertise
Ability to write and communicate clear and detailed instructions and documentation for customers and co-workers
Extensive knowledge and experience in network configuration and network security. Including configuration and management of network switches, WiFi, firewalls, VPN, DNS, and routers. Sonicwall and Cisco a plus
Experience in the setup and management of Virtual and Cloud based environments including VMware, Hyper-V, and Azure
Must be able to independently coordinate and manage projects for customers while communicating internally. Includes migration of legacy systems and configuration of new systems in both physical and virtual environments
Experience in streamlining existing EDR/MDR tools to quickly identify and remedy cyber-security related issues
Google Workspace/Admin knowledge
Highly motivated individual with a desire to contribute to the success and direction of the team
Time Management skills to prioritize tasks and manage workloads, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
Provide excellent customer service to end-users internal and external, including troubleshooting technical issues and explaining solutions in non-technical terms
Ability to work independently as well as work as part of a team
Critical thinking and problem solving
Meticulous attention to detail and ensuring accuracy when creating documentation
Excellent communication skills including the use of email and instant messaging apps
Function as a subject matter expert in all required technical areas
Ability to provide off-hours coverage and willingness to be on call
You must have a valid Driver's License

Preferred

AS or BS Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related field
Desired Combination Of Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Azure Fundamentals AZ900, Azure AI Fundamentals AI900, Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals SC900, Azure Administrator Associate AZ104, Azure Network and Security, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals and/or Administrator, Project Management PMP
