Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with product, research, and insights leaders — helping them connect the dots between customer feedback and business strategy
Lead onboarding and training sessions to ensure customers quickly understand and adopt the platform
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, distill patterns, and create insight briefs, dashboards, and presentations that drive action
Serve as a strategic partner — proactively identifying opportunities to deepen usage, expand to new teams, and shape how customers measure success
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to champion the customer perspective and influence roadmap priorities
Move fast — balancing high-quality craft with rapid iteration and experimentation

Required

2 to 5+ years of experience in client-facing insights, strategy, research, or customer success roles
Skilled at analyzing data and telling stories that inspire action — from dashboards to decks
Comfortable working across qualitative and quantitative inputs to uncover patterns and recommend next steps
Strong communicator who can simplify complex ideas and engage both executives and practitioners
Curious, analytical, and relentlessly focused on helping customers succeed
Thrives in ambiguity and fast-changing environments — no passengers, no politics
