Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team delivering substation physical and protection & control designs for utilities and EPC partners
Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and client relationships throughout all phases
Review and guide deliverables to ensure technical quality and compliance with industry standards
Foster collaboration and drive a team culture focused on communication, accountability, and innovation
Support business development through proposal preparation and client engagement
Act as a trusted advisor and problem solver for clients and team members alike
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
PMP is required
12+ years of experience in substation and power systems project management, with utility or EPC exposure
Deep understanding of high-voltage substation design and the power delivery process
Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
Preferred
PE license is a plus
